For those who have no one and are anxiously waiting and trying to get you ex back well here are some pointers…………………………………………………

You know its a week so first of all you need to do some undercover investigating and see if your Ex is already hooked up for Valentines. Thru mutual friends you can find this out or by just your own mere observation you can.

If she does have someone well then you may look at the long term picture in getting back your Ex and toss Valentines Day out of the mix for right now.

However , if she is completely single then this is the perfect time to start wooing her/he back towards you.

Now there is no need to be reserved about this. You can send or call her every day til Valentines with sweet little notes reminding her of good times that happened to you as a couple.

I think little sweet nothings put in her mailbox for the next week would really start to make her think more and more about you ! Its a thing I know women luv ! Tell her how sorry you are for having not done the right things in the relationship and keep the positives always highlighted in your notes.

If she is the one who mistreated you then tell her you forgive her with all your Heart. Remind her that V. Day is right around the corner and there is no one else you would rather spend the big day with her.

During these times of dropping notes off ,you more than likely will get a phone call from her. If not then give her a ring to say hi and to see if she got the sweet notes.

There is always the chance that she may just hangup the phone in your face. But remember some of the best things worth having in Life are those things you have to put a little work into !!

All I can say is go for it. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Your heart may be a little dinged if it goes against you , but this is something you will be used to as you get older and see how things dont always go your way.

But I bet there is a good chance you will be rewarded with your Ex back beside you for this wonderful day called
Valentines Day !!

In the next month, it will be a great time to really make a sincere effort to rekindle relationships with the one you loved and lost in the past. There is something about the mood in the air that makes it such a special and romantic time !

Traditional ways to get your ex back are all off during this time of year. You should go all out and do what you have to do to be with the one you lost and now want back.

Of course, approaching your Ex with gifts, nice dinners, and weekend getaways are really great ways to go about it.

I suggest during this time that you dont ‘think outside the box’ but think ‘inside the box’ !!

Be sure to leave your ego out of it. This time of year is a time where you lay it all out for your ex and if you do you will have a great chance in winning them back.

With a New Year and Valentines coming soon there is no better time than to be vulnerable and wine and dine your ex and just do not take no for an answer !!

It takes some guts but some times the best things in Life are the most hardest and painful things to do. There is no doubt about that !!

I will be going cross country to visit relatives so I will not be back til after New Years and will be taking a break.

In meantime, during this Holiday season it is a great time to reconnect with those you care for or even love.

Do not hesitate in making amends with you Ex. For some reason this time of year puts a smile on everyone’s face. So take advantage of it and re establish those connections and have a blast getting back with your Ex with good ole mistletoe magic

Its a fact that in our society today, people have to adapt to change. One of these ways of adapting to change is when one partner has to commute a good distance to his or her job.

In recent studies done, when at least one of the partners had to travel 45 minutes there was a 40% greater chance of a separation with that couple compared to non commuters.
Many hardcore commuters do tend to be higher earners and have better job opportunities ,but there is a social tradeoff that can be a real big problem !!

Commuting puts a strain on a relationship in two ways.
-Long commutes take away time spent together which can be a bummer.
-And secondly the commuter is likely to feel tired and unresponsive.
Plus on top of this the person who is at home can feel the responsibilities around the house as overwhelming. Which in turn can create that much more strife in the relationship.

Here are a few strategies you can use no matter how far you or your honey has to commute :

1. Spend leisure days where you prioritize by spending together instead of doing separate activities.

2. If you are the commuter frequently text your sweetie as much as possible to let them know you are on your way home and how much you want to see them.

3. If your partner is the one on the road be sure to let them decompress when they get home and talk about lighter topics before you get into any kind of stressful topics.

Many divorce proceedings or separations get started because the two people in the relationship grow apart and there is no commonality.
What their needs to be is one of the persons to step up and be the hero of the relationship

One way to this is get a complete understanding of the wants and desires of the other partner.
Let me give an example:

Say the wife/girlfriend in the relationship says to husband/girlfriend that she wants to go on New years Eve to a club where the admission alone is $ 50.
And the cost of drinks are really really expensive.

Well, the other husband/boyfriend in the relationship says he would rather go to Jims , a local bar that is free admission and the drinks are reasonable.

Of course a scenario like this will most likely not cause a divorce or break up in of itself, but enough of these disagreements over time can put a strain on the relationship.

But when dealing with you ex this type of communicating is really something you should not engage in.

There is nothing more personable ,other than being face to face with that person, than a well written and meaningful note or letter.

Call it old school or whatever but it definitely works. Taking the time to put a pen to paper really means a lot to the person on the other end. It shows that you are serious about your intentions and they you are truly sincere in what you want.

I also think that emailing to get back your Ex is another flawed way in approaching a love one that you want get back.

Be sure that in the note you write really short, concise sentences that really get to the point. Do not beat around the bush but say what you want to say and say what you mean to say !!
The thing about text messaging is that it is so quick that sometimes you react spontaneously and text the wrong message or don’t have the proper time to think things out.

With a Letter this will less likely happen.

So in today’s technology sometimes it is best to take a step back in history in utilizing one of the greatest tools of communication ; a simple letter !
